About Curtiss Tree Care
After retiring from Utility Line Clearance work in January 2014, I established my own tree service business, building on a career dedicated to professional tree care and vegetation management. I began working in the tree care industry at the age of 23 and have accumulated more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the field.
Throughout my career, I have provided utility line clearance and professional tree trimming services for major organizations, including Consumers Energy, Lansing Board of Water & Light, IBEW Local 17, and ITC Holdings Corp.. Utility vegetation management has been the foundation of my professional career, requiring a strong commitment to safety, precision, and industry best practices.
As a certified Journeyman Tree Trimmer and proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), I continue to provide reliable, professional tree care services backed by decades of experience, expertise, and dedication to quality workmanship.
